Resume
The article is devoted to the study of antioxidant and antihypoxic activity of poorly studied species of the medicinal plant Gynostemma pentaphyllum. The use and introduction into practice of phytoadaptogens as therapeutic and prophylactic agents corresponds to the tasks of searching for new drugs.
