Resume
The purpose of the study is to study the clinical and laboratory characteristics and risk factors for diabetic nephropathy stages 1-3 Material and research methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. The study included 65 patients with type 2 diabetes and stages 1-3 DN, who were divided into 2 groups: The first group – patients with stage 3 CKD. with GFR from 59 to 45 ml/min/1.73 m2, n= 27 patients (C3a) The second group – patients with stage 3 CKD. with GFR and from 44 to 30 ml/min/1.73 m2, n= 26 patients (C3b). The third group - patients with type 2 diabetes, without CKD, n = 20 patients. Research results. In group 2 of patients, there were significant differences in comparison with group 1 in all parameters: average age, SBP, DBP, frequency of hypertension 1, 2 and 3 (arterial hypertension), hereditary burden for DM 2, overweight, obesity, coronary artery disease, depression, physical inactivity, smoking, abuse of analgesics (p < 0.005). Conclusions. The most common risk factors for the development of CKD in our study were arterial hypertension, obesity, physical inactivity, and depression (p < 0.0001).
