NEPHROPATHY OBSERVED IN POST-COVID SYNDROME

Safarova G.A. - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Gadaev A.G. - Tashkent Medical Academy

Resume

The article analyzes changes in organs in 400 patients with COVID-19 and without concomitant diseases based on the results of laboratory and instrumental studies conducted in the acute phase of the disease. The results of the retrospective analysis showed that the severity of the disease did not depend on age, gender and body mass index, but there was a reliable effect of smoking on its mild and severe course. It was found that renal dysfunction occurs significantly more often in moderate and severe cases of the disease compared to mild cases.

Keywords: COVID-19, D-dimer, ferritin, glomerular filtration rate.
