Resume
For optimal growth, development and health of children, exclusive breastfeeding is essential for the first 6 months of life. Clinical and laboratory research methods were investigated: general blood rate, cellular and humoral parameters of the immune system using monoclonal antibodies. CD3, CD4, CD8, CD23, CD25, CD95 and others, as well as dynamic observation of children up to puberty. The article presents the results of a study of the immunological status of 123 children who were on various types of feeding. Accomplishing a comparative analysis of immunological indicators, we found that with age they retain a tendency to imbalance depending on the type of feeding, so in children aged 4-6 years who were bottle-fed, there is a significant increase in leukocytes, CD3 + lymphocytes against the background of a significant decrease in CD4 + ...
