PROSPECTS OF USING BIOMARKERS AND 3D MODELING IN THE DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF OVARY ENDOMETRIOID CYSTS

Materials and methods : Ultrasound examination of the menstrual cycle dynamics in 59 infertile women with endometrioid ovarian cysts was performed using Acuson S2000 (Siemens, Germany) and Voluson E8 (General Electric, USA) devices capable of three-dimensional reconstruction of tissue images. The following biomarkers were also identified in the Invitro, Gemotest, and Nauka laboratories (Samara, Russia): Interleukins (interleukin) IL-1b , IL-6, cancer antigen 125 (cancer antigen 125, CA-125). ), human epididymal secretory protein 4 ((human epididymal secretory protein 4, NE4) and ovarian cancer risk index ((Risk of Malignancy Algorithm: 195 women of reproductive age were included in the control group. In patients with endometrioid cysts, the diagnosis was confirmed according to the revised American Fertility Society (rAFS) classification of endometriosis corresponding to stages 56. (94.9%) of patients were clearly differentiated in 3 (5.4%) of them, in 48 (81.4%) cases the disease was unilateral, and in 11 (18.6%) it was bilateral. In all cases, the structure of the cystic features was hypoechoic, heterogeneous, in 36 (61.0%) cases there was no blood flow and small cells.
