ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS WITH HELICOBACTER PYLORI ASSOCIATED CHRONIC GASTRITIS

Resume

This study is dedicated to analyzing the age distribution and the frequency of comorbidities in patients with chronic gastritis, as well as optimizing approaches to treating this condition. The study involves data from three patient groups: the main group consisting of 50 patients with chronic gastritis, the first control group (50 patients with chronic gastritis but without significant comorbidities), and the second control group (30 healthy individuals). The findings revealed a high level of comorbidity in patients with chronic gastritis, particularly concerning gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, neurological, and other system diseases. Based on the results, practical recommendations have been made to improve the diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis, including a comprehensive approach, consideration of age-related characteristics, and the use of biologically active substances.
