METHOTREXATE FOR THE TREATMENT OF PEMPHIGUS AND EVALUATION OF ITS EFFECTIVENESS

Resume

The objectives of our use were the use of the drug Methotrexate for the treatment of pemphigus and the evaluation of its effectiveness. For which we examined 42 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of pemphigus to confirm the diagnosis, a laboratory method of research was used to determine Le cells, which was evidence of this pathology, the age of patients ranged from 30 to 45 years, both men and women participated in this study, all patients were given a standard treatment regimen with Methotrexate evbe 50 mg 5 ml subcutaneously according to the scheme. In conclusion of the data we obtained, we came to the conclusion that the drug Methotrexate is highly effective for the treatment of penfigus, since we did not observe a 100% recovery and were forced to exclude One third of patients, this is a good help for studying the combined treatment of patients with spinfirus using the drug Methotrexate
