Resume

We set the task of identifying the effectiveness of bullet therapy in the treatment of multi -colored flat lichen. To achieve the tasks, we examined 87 patients aged 17 to 35 years with a diagnosis of multi -colored flat lichen and laboratory confirmation of this diagnosis. All patients performed standard system and topical treatment. System treatment included Teknasol tablets at a dose of 250 two times a day for 14 days local treatment with a solution of two percent salicycles and a coastal ointment, as well as the addition of phototherapy (bullets) to the executor protocol, we established that the use of hollows for therapy was established In combination with standard systemic and topical treatment, the period of treatment is halved by complete repigmentation of elements when using bullet therapy took two and a half months in the same period of time in the group unused phototherapy, the effectiveness of treatment was reduced by half, which indicates the need to use the combined The treatment method for multi -colored flat lichen using phototherapy.
