NON-HORMONAL METHODS OF PRE GRAVID PREPARATION OF PATIENTS WITH "THIN ENDOMETRIUM"

Resume
The study included 45 women of reproductive age (25–40 years) diagnosed with primary or secondary infertility and a thin endometrium that did not respond to conventional treatments. Group I consisted of 15 patients with a diagnosis of "thin endometrium" who received PRP therapy. Group II included 10 women who underwent physiotherapy using the BTL device in addition to PRP therapy. The results of the study, conducted with the participation of 25 patients with a thin endometrium, showed that the combined use of PRP therapy and magnetic therapy with the BTL device during preconception preparation significantly increases endometrial thickness and helps prepare the patient for pregnancy
