Resume

The most common way to manage acute pain is by using analgesics, the consumption of which is steadily increasing not only abroad but also in our country. This article provides information on the analgesic effect of a newly synthesized triazole derivative on acute pain syndrome, which affects both spinal and supraspinal levels. No noticeable analgesic effect was found in the «Hot Plate» test at low doses of the test substance. At doses of 100.0 and 150.0 mg/kg, it exhibited higher analgesic activity, prolonging the latent period of pain syndrome by 1.2 and 1.3 times, respectively, compared with the control group. In the «Hot Water» test, the test substance showed significant analgesic activity at all doses at 45°C. An increase in water temperature to 50°C and 55°C led to a decrease in the antinociceptive properties of the substance. The substance demonstrated high analgesic activity at doses of 100.0 and 150.0 mg/kg compared with other doses.

Keywords: triazole, nociceptor, hot plate test, hot water test.
