Resume

Endometriosis is a pathology characterized by the presence of endometrial stroma and glands in ectopic locations outside the uterine cavity. [1]. The significance of one of the forms of endometriosis – endometrioid ovarian cysts – is difficult to overestimate. With endometriosis, endometrioid cysts, or endometriomas, form in the ovaries, which reduce the amount of functional ovarian tissue. Endometriomas lead to impaired ovarian function and infertility [2]. Endometrioma is a multifactorial, recurrent, dishormonal, immune-dependent and genetically determined disease in which tissue morphologically and functionally similar to the endometrium is aberrantly located outside the uterus. The clinical picture of this disease is varied, which makes diagnosis difficult. We are studying the state of the immune system under the influence of complex therapy including the immunomodulatory drug Derinat
