Resume

Allergic diseases are not only the scourge of the modern world. According to international recommendations, food allergy is a special reaction to food components, which is mediated by immunologic mechanism. Sensitization to foods is more often observed in allergic patients, especially in the presence of pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, liver. Currently, there are no clear morphologic criteria for the diagnosis of eosinophilic lesions of the stomach, small and large intestine in children, and the clinical manifestations, especially in young children, are nonspecific.
