Resume

The pathological edging of the hard tissues of the teeth and the restoration of the tooth crown is one of the urgent problems of orthopedic dentistry. Because of exposure of the hard tissues of the tooth, maxillary deformation can occur, in addition, exposure of the frontal teeth causes a cosmetic defect. In pathology, tooth extraction is a process that is accompanied by anatomical and functional pathological changes in the gums. Pathological tooth extraction is a polyethological disease. As a result of the teeth forming the crown, the tooth enamel layer disappears. With a severe level of pathological defecation, dentin is also removed, part of the tooth crown is completely lost, which leads patients to a violation of their cosmetic appearance and impaired function of eating and chewing
