The article analyzes the causes of ischemic stroke in young patients undergoing examination in the Department of Emergency Neurology of the Bukhara branch of the Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care of the Republic for 2023-2024. The wider use of predicted high-field magnetic resonance imaging in addition to intracranial computed angiography often allows the detection of primary cerebral vasculitis and intracranial dissections, which leads to a decrease in the incidence of cryptogenic stroke
