Resume

This article presents the results of a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of a personalized medical rehabilitation program in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia (CCI) stages I–II. The article provides data on the dynamics of cognitive functions, inflammatory biomarkers, oxidative stress markers, neurotrophic factors, as well as neuroimaging indicators (regional cerebral blood flow and the condition of the brain white matter) before and after the rehabilitation course. The study included 112 patients, of whom 63 underwent individualized rehabilitation involving cognitive-oriented therapy, neuropsychological training, motor exercises, and pharmacological correction. The results demonstrated that personalized rehabilitation significantly improves cognitive performance, reduces levels of inflammatory biomarkers, enhances regional cerebral blood flow, and promotes the restoration of white matter integrity. The findings support the rationale for implementing personalized approaches in the medical rehabilitation of patients with CCI stages I–II

Keywords: chronic cerebral ischemia, personalized rehabilitation, cognitive functions, biomarkers, neuroimaging, neuroplasticity restoration, treatment of cognitive impairment, neuroimaging indicators, chronic inflammation activation, oxidative stress
