Resume

Respiratory diseases in the pathology of childhood today occupies the first place among all diseases, having a significant impact on child mortality and sometimes to the formation of persistent abnormalities in the health of children. In certain cases of acute obstructive bronchitis, serological investigation is carried out and it is possible to get the results confirming the role of atypical microflora pathogens such as M. pneumoniae and C. pneumoniae in disease development.

Key words: obstructive bronchitis, Chlamydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, acute respiratory diseases, antibodies, infection.
