Resume
Dysbacteriosis in children - that is, a violation of the balance of intestinal microflora - is an important clinical problem that negatively affects not only the digestive system, but also the health of the whole organism. Dysbacteriosis occurs under the influence of many factors, including long-term treatment with antibiotics, malnutrition, viral and bacterial infections, congenital or acquired immunodeficiency, as well as environmental factors. The formation and maintenance of intestinal microbiota in a stable state, especially in childhood, is important for healthy growth and development. This article comprehensively analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of dysbacteriosis in children, clinical symptoms, diagnostic criteria, and modern methods of treatment. The study provides comprehensive information on the use of microbiological, molecular-genetic and biochemical methods in the diagnosis of dysbacteriosis, in particular, the analysis of fecal flora to determine the ratio of beneficial and harmful microorganisms. The main part of the treatment approaches is based on probiotics, prebiotics, symbiotics, enzyme preparations and diet therapy. In modern clinical practice, the importance of preparations containing lactobacteria, bifidobacteria and some types of Escherichia coli is increasing. The article also provides scientifically based information on the effectiveness of immunobiotics and metabiotics used in the treatment of antibiotic-associated dysbacteriosis. In addition, the article covers important preventive measures for the prevention of dysbacteriosis in children, namely, a balanced diet, breastfeeding, the use of antibiotics only when necessary and under the supervision of a doctor, as well as compliance with hygiene rules. Improving the knowledge and skills of parents and medical workers in strengthening children's health is presented as an urgent task. This article summarizes modern scientific approaches to the comprehensive assessment and effective treatment of dysbacteriosis in children, serving as a theoretically and practically useful resource for pediatricians, gastroenterologists, and general practitioners.
