Resume
The article presents the morphological characteristics of primary and secondary elements of oral mucosa lesions in patients with chronic kidney failure (CKF). The study analyzes the features of pathological changes considering kidney dysfunction, uremic intoxication, and microcirculatory disorders. Primary elements (spots, vesicles, bullae, nodules, lumps, tubercles, pustules, aphthae) and their transformation into erosions, ulcers, cracks, crusts, and scars are described. The patterns of lesion formation depending on the CKF stage and metabolic disorders, including changes in calcium-phosphorus metabolism, immune dysfunction, and water-electrolyte imbalance, are identified. Morphological markers of oral mucosa lesions characterizing the dental status of patients with different degrees of kidney failure have been determined. The results can be used to refine clinical diagnostics and develop protocols for preventing dental complications in this patient group.
Keywords: chronic kidney failure, oral mucosa lesions, primary elements, secondary elements, uremic intoxication, calcium-phosphorus metabolism, immunodeficiency conditions, inflammatory changes, microcirculatory disorders, dental complications.
