CLINIC - DIAGONSTICS OF INTESTINAL INFECTIONS YERSINOSIS

Resume

Yersiniosis is a disease caused by several types of enteropathogenic yersinia. It has an alimentary route of infection, clinically manifested by intoxication of the central nervous system, dyspepsia, tonsillitis, lymphadenopathy, rash, organ damage in various organs. The data from the examination, diagnosis and treatment of 120 children aged 6 months to 14 years suffering from acute diarrheal disease between 2021 and 2023 were analyzed, while they constituted the main study group, 40 children were examined for the control group. All children under observation underwent extensive continuous examination, which included clinical and laboratory, biochemical, virological and immunological studies. In this regard, emphasis was placed on their complaints, past and concomitant diseases, causes of the disease, duration of the disease, results of diagnostic and early treatment measures.
