Resume
This article describes the proposed method for developing a minimally invasive laparoscopic method of peritoneal biopsy, increasing the size of the sample (6x6 mm) and ensuring its quality, while reducing the risk of complications. A method of targeted tissue collection under video surveillance with preliminary insertion of a Z-shaped suture into a part of the abdominal cavity is proposed. The method has been tested in clinical practice. Using this method, samples of the peritoneum were taken from 30 patients admitted to the surgical department of the 4th City Clinical Hospital named after I. Irgashev with peritonitis of various etiologies and from 27 patients receiving planned treatment. The data content of the histological examination was increased due to the preservation of tissue architecture, in 100% of cases - the absence of bleeding and perforation (in 57 patients, no cases of bleeding or perforation of adjacent hollow organs were observed). The method we propose surpasses traditional analogues in terms of safety and diagnostic value.
