Resume

A retrospective epidemiological study of the microflora causing surgical purulent diseases of soft tissues was conducted in the southwestern territory of the Bukhara region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the obtained materials, epidemiological characteristics of the microflora of surgical infections and their resistance to antibiotics were presented, and the scale of their growth in the southwestern region of the Bukhara region was determined. The conducted studies show regional differences and the peculiarities of the pathogenic microflora caused by purulent surgical soft diseases. It is necessary to study the resistance characteristics of the microflora of each region separately. Each microflora has its own specific sensitivity to various antibiotics.
