Resume
The problem of burns continues to remain one of the most complex, high-demand, and costly types of injuries among patients receiving treatment in modern medical institutions. In urbanized countries, where the majority of the population is concentrated in large cities, burn injuries are widespread among both children and adults. Many experts believe that the incidence of burns is comparable to an epidemic in major urban areas [1]. In cases of deep thermal damage, it is not always possible to perform primary autodermoplasty. Following necrectomy as part of the classical surgical approach, it may take up to 14–16 days to prepare the wound for delayed skin grafting.
