FEATURES OF PERFORMING RECONSTRUCTIVE INTERVENTIONS IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC FOOT SYNDROME

Resume

In this study, the surgical treatment outcomes of 53 patients who received inpatient care in the department of purulent surgery at the Multi-Profile Clinic of Tashkent Medical Academy and the purulent surgery department of the Multi-Profile Medical Center of Khorezm Region between 2021 and 2024 were analyzed. The patients underwent reconstructive plastic surgeries on their legs using improved techniques, depending on the location of the wound on the affected leg. By considering the damaged part of the leg, a differential approach was applied during the reconstruction and plastic surgery, which reduced the occurrence of postoperative complications and preserved the supporting motor function of the leg.
