Resume

This study investigated the clinical and metabolic efficacy of intensive care with specialized amino acid-based parenteral nutrition in 80 patients with sepsis and multiple organ failure. The study group used specialized amino acids (Akumin-Gepa, Gepavil, Akumin-Nefro) and evaluated their effects on metabolic parameters, inflammatory markers, and overall clinical condition.

Keywords: sepsis, multiple organ failure, parenteral nutrition, amino acids, intensive care.
