Resume

Pathogenetic mechanisms of changes occurring during pregnancy under the influence of thermal trauma, the features of the course of pregnancy in burn disease have not been fully studied. Significant differences in the management of pregnant women with thermal injuries depending on the degree of burn and gestational age complicate treatment and reduce the time for making a quick decision.
