Resume
Autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT) is a widespread form of endocrine pathology that significantly affects female reproductive function. This review article summarizes current knowledge on the pathogenesis of infertility in women with AIT, including hormonal, immunological, and inflammatory mechanisms. The paper presents pathogenetically justified approaches to the treatment of infertility in women with autoimmune thyroid disease, focusing on hormonal, immunomodulatory, and antioxidant therapies. The literature analysis emphasizes the need for a multidisciplinary approach and further clinical research
