Resume

Determination of the integration between somatic pathology and the occurrence of affective disorders requires an event to assess the degree of risk of occurrence of depressive disorders with the definition of anxiety states, depressed mood. In case of detection of depressive disorders, it is necessary to determine the clinical characteristics (the leading component of the depressive triad, the type of affect, the presence of suicidal components, the severity) of depression and prescribe appropriate treatment with antidepressants with the approval of a cardiologist and a psychiatrist simultaneously
