Resume

Delayed diagnosis and lack of treatment for endometrial hyperplasia can lead to the development of pathological processes in the endometrium and its malignant transformation, which is of particular concern given the steady increase in the incidence of endometrial cancer. In Uzbekistan, over the past 10 years, the incidence of endometrial cancer has increased from 111 to 187 cases per 100,000 population and accounts for 6.5% of all oncological diseases in the country. However, the issue of malignant transformation of hyperplastic endometrium remains unresolved to this day. In the available sources, we could not find information on genetic studies of the pathogenesis of endometrial hyperplasia in perimenopausal women in Uzbekistan, which determined the purpose of our research
