THE EFFECT OF CARBON MONOXIDE ON THE HUMAN ORGANISM

Turdiyev T.U. - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Resume

Carbon monoxide affects the human body in various ways, and its health effects can be very serious. Inhalation of CO gas reduces the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood, resulting in hypoxia (lack of oxygen) and damage to various organs. This article reviews in detail the biological effects of carbon monoxide, its effects on the vascular system, central nervous system, and respiratory system. It also analyzes effective prevention and treatment methods to reduce the risk of CO exposure and its harmful effects. The chronic diseases that CO gas can cause, including cardiovascular disease and neurological changes, are also discussed. The article highlights the importance of studying the effects of carbon monoxide on the human body and its health risks

Keywords: CO, brain, spleen, liver, blood
