SENSITIZATION AS A RISK FACTOR FOR REPRODUCTIVE DISORDERS IN WOMEN

Khikmatova N.I. - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Resume

Women's reproductive health is the most important indicator of the general health of the nation. Disturbances in the immune response, in particular sensitization, can have a negative impact on the reproductive system. Sensitization can occur as a response to allergens, infections, drugs, and autogenous antigens, leading to dysfunction of immune regulation in the endometrium, ovaries, and placenta. Sensitization is a pathological immunological process in which the body becomes hyperreactive to the effects of certain antigens. In recent decades, there has been an increase in the number of allergic and autoimmune diseases, which necessitates studying their impact on women's reproductive health. This article examines the mechanisms of sensitization, its possible impact on fertility, pregnancy, and perinatal outcomes. An analysis of modern studies and clinical observations is provided

Key words: sensitization, reproductive function, allergy, infertility, immunology of pregnancy
