Resume

This article examines environmental mutagenic factors—specifically physical, chemical, and biological agents—and their adverse effects on human DNA structure and genetic stability. It provides a hygienic assessment of genetic health, highlighting methodologies for monitoring mutagenic risks and controlling environmental exposure. The article also analyzes modern classifications of mutagens, their long-term impact on public health, and associations with comorbid diseases.
