Resume
The issues of early diagnosis of liver diseases accompanied by cholestasis and their differential diagnosis are still very relevant, since the possibilities of studying the function of bile formation and bile production are limited by determining the severity of cholestasis, and are based on clinical manifestations and the determination of biochemical markers. The article is devoted to the study of biochemical blood parameters in cholestatic syndrome in an outpatient clinic, which is very important for improving the health of the population and monitoring the health of people in outpatient settings, and is also of great importance in the organization of a specialized therapeutic primary health care service
