Resume

The article is devoted to the development of a method for assessing post-vaccination immunity to hepatitis B in children born to a mother with COVID-19, which is very important for improving the health of the population and monitoring children's health. It has been established that to assess the quality of hepatitis B vaccination in children born to a mother with COVID-19, it is important to take into account the content of IgG and IL-8 in the blood serum. Therefore, it is recommended to study the IgG and IL-8 content in the blood serum of children born to a mother with COVID-19 during the first 3 years of life, which contributes to the early detection of secondary immunodeficiency and the prevention of liver diseases
