Resume

The article presents the results of a comprehensive clinical and laboratory study of 78 patients undergoing treatment at the Bukhara Regional Cardiology Dispensary. The patients were divided into two groups: those with arterial hypertension (Group I) and those with ischemic heart disease that developed on the background of arterial hypertension (Group II). The study analyzed age, sex, and anthropometric characteristics, the frequency of primary complaints, hemodynamic parameters, and body mass index distribution among the patients. Significant differences were identified between the groups, indicating a progressively worsening course of cardiovascular disorders in the presence of both arterial hypertension and ischemic heart disease. The findings can serve as a basis for further research into the pathogenesis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases
