Resume
Neurodermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease associated with impaired nervous and immune regulation. In clinical practice, limited and diffuse forms of neurodermatitis are distinguished, each of which requires a specific diagnostic approach and management tactics. The aim of this study is to analyze the clinical, morphological and pathogenetic differences between the forms of the disease to substantiate the algorithms of differential diagnosis. The study included 84 patients with different forms of neurodermatitis. Differences in localization, severity of pruritus, the nature of skin changes and the level of anxiety in patients were established. Diffuse form is more often associated with atopy and has systemic manifestations. The obtained data contribute to the clarification of diagnosis and the choice of a personalized approach to the treatment of neurodermatitis
