Resume
The article discusses the importance of biomarkers of the acid-base state (ASC) and the hemostasis system in patients with coronary artery disease (CHD), aggravated by comorbid pathology, including hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity. Data on changes in the parameters of HCL (pH, PCO₂, hco₃⁻) and coagulation homeostasis (APTT, PTI, fibrinogen, D-dimer) are presented. It has been established that certain deviations of the CSCL and hemostasis biomarkers correlate with the severity of coronary heart disease and the severity of comorbidity, which allows them to be considered as potential prognostic markers
