THE VALUE OF LABORATORY DIAGNOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH ADVANCED CIRRHOSIS DUE TO HDV INFECTION

Resume

In order to study the significance of laboratory diagnosis in patients with liver cirrhosis developed as a result of HDV infection, we studied patients with HDV infection, dividing them into cirrhosis (main), chronic form (control) groups. The main changes include increased activity of liver enzymes (AST, ALT), increased bilirubin level, decreased albumin level, decreased fibrinogen concentration and increased C-reactive protein and CRP content in blood. These changes were more pronounced in patients of the main group.
