Resume

This article covers extensively the role of perforated duodenal ulcer (PPU)in modern surgery, treatments, complications, and prognosis assessment systems. Based on the available scientific sources, an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of conservative and surgical treatment methods, including the laparoscopic "three-seam" Graham patch technique, resection and vagotomy methods was carried out. Forecasting systems such as Boey, PULP, ASA and aspects of their application in clinical practice were also considered. The article provides clinical recommendations and specific approaches to effectively conduct emergency surgery in patients with perforated wound
