Resume

The pathohistological characteristics of fibrinoid involution in the menisci and cruciate ligaments of the knee joint during post-traumatic gonarthrosis were evaluated through morphological analysis. Accumulation of fibrinoid substance, dystrophic alterations in collagen fibers, and signs of chronic inflammation were identified. These morphological changes represent critical pathogenetic mechanisms contributing to joint dysfunction and the progression of arthrosis. Pathohistological assessment provides valuable data for determining the extent of tissue remodeling and predicting disease outcomes
