Resume

Gastropathic changes in the gastric mucosa under metabolic syndrome require comprehensive assessment. Morphological and immunohistochemical evaluations reveal epithelial dystrophy, inflammatory infiltration, microcirculatory impairments, and altered cytokine expression. These insights enhance the understanding of the underlying pathophysiology and provide a foundation for improving early diagnostic and pathogenetically guided treatment approaches for gastropathy associated with metabolic syndrome
