Resume

This article analyzes the role of ultrasonography (US) in diagnosing meniscal injuries of the knee joint and compares the effectiveness of orthopedic rehabilitation programs tailored based on US findings. Timely and accurate diagnosis of meniscal tears is essential for effective recovery. Ultrasonography is a non-invasive, rapid, and real-time diagnostic method with high clinical value. The study included a comparative evaluation of traditional versus functional rehabilitation approaches in terms of clinical outcomes and echographic progression. Functional rehabilitation methods, such as kinesiotherapy, electrical stimulation, and guided physical exercises, proved more effective in reducing pain, enhancing joint function, and shortening recovery time. Dynamic US monitoring facilitated the individualization and optimization of rehabilitation strategies
