Resume
NOS3 genining Glu298Asp polymorphismin suruncala yurak etishmovchiligi (XUE) is present in patients with Uzbek buzilig functional genining of buzilig affects the probable genetic factor of qualitative assessment. The study identified 35-65 out of 200 people of Uzbek nationality. The ajratildi group was found in koptocca: 110 patients with hcft >60 ml/min/1.73 m2 and 90 patients with hcft <60 ml/min / 1.73 m2. The control group consisted of a quality clinician, zhikhatdan soglom deb baholangan, 120 Uzbek donors of salted ethyldi. Glu298Asp polymorphism Npf Litex (Russia) company sining Standard test Orchard Rotor-Gene Q (QIAGEN, Germany) thermocycleride PCR method is bilan accurate. The statistical analyst of SPSS (IBM Corp.) and OpenEpi version 9.2 is open source. Analysis of genotypes and alleles of frequency fissure, relative risk (OR), coronary artery disease interval (CI) and χ2 and OpenEpi v9.2 (OpenEpi, Emory University, Atlanta, GA, USA). The Glu and ASP alleles in the Glu/Glu, Glu/Asp, and ASP/Asp genotypes in the Glu/Glu and ASP genotypes in the Glu/ASP genotype are not found in patients with Down syndrome (p>0.05). The severity of the patients is not statistically reliable. The polymorphism of the NOS3 Glu298Asp gene is not associated with impaired renal function. The results suggested that NOS3 is a polymorphism of the Glu298Asp gene and can be used as a genetic marker for the treatment of renal dysfunction in patients with Down syndrome. This polymorphism does not lead to impaired renal function
