Resume,

Clinico-laboratory analysis of acute intestinal infections in 67 children from 0 to 3 months of age, hospitalized in the infectious intestinal department of the ARIDH of Andijan was carried out. Clinical features of the course of some etiological forms of infectious diarrhea in children in the first months of life have been revealed.
