Resume

In this scientific article, the authors analyze the nature of surgical interventions and the reasons for unsatisfactory treatment outcomes of deep paraproctitis in patients with diabetes mellitus, depending on the forms of anatomical localization. The extent of surgical interventions for deep paraproctitis in diabetic patients is examined, as well as the dynamics of septic manifestations in the postoperative period and the frequency of risk factor occurrence in relation to clinical outcomes. Overall, the study of risk factors for adverse outcomes of traditional treatment indicates a multifactorial and combined nature of adverse disease manifestations, which necessitates adjusting treatment strategies with an emphasis on early diagnosis, aggressive surgical debridement, and prevention of superinfection.
