Resume
The purpose of the study: consists in improving the cytological diagnosis of intraepithelial neoplasms of the cervix in women of climacteric age who have atrophic changes in the cervix through the use of an Estrogen test. Materials and methods of research: the research was carried out at the Consultative Polyclinic of the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy for the period 2022-2024. In the diagnosis of intraepithelial neoplasms of the cervix, changes in the nucleus such as nuclear chromatin structure, staining intensity of the nucleus, nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio, 2 and more nucleated cells, the appearance of medium-sized nucleoli have been found to have a clinical significance advantage over changes in the cytoplasm. Small cytological criteria included 3-fold greater nuclear Size, 1:1 and multiple increases in nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio, uneven nuclear membrane contour, slightly granular nuclear chromate, immature parabasal cells arranged in a syntial group. Cytological diagnosis with increased weight levels, the number of women who were confirmed with this diagnosis through estrogen testing increased accordingly.
Keywords; cytological diagnosis of intraepithelial neoplasms of the cervix in women of climacteric age, where there are atrophic changes in the cervix, using the Estrogen test.
