Resume
This study investigated the pathogenetic mechanisms underlying restenosis and stent thrombosis in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). A total of 307 patients were examined through clinical and laboratory assessments. Restenosis occurred in 11.3% and stent thrombosis in 3.3% of cases. Elevated inflammatory markers (CRP, fibrinogen), coagulation abnormalities (aPTT) and lipid metabolism disorders (elevated LDL-cholesterol) were identified as major risk factors. Comprehensive biomarker monitoring and individualized treatment strategies play a crucial role in preventing post-PCI complications.
Keywords: percutaneous coronary intervention, restenosis, stent thrombosis, inflammation, coagulation system, lipid metabolism, biomarkers.
