Endometrial hyperplasia is one of the most common pathologies in modern gynecology. Due to the widespread prevalence of this pathology, the number of scientific works on the study of etiology, pathogenesis, treatment, and prevention remains relevant to this day. The fragmentation of results related to the data obtained by different authors on the study of the pathogenetic mechanisms of this pathology prompted us to analyze literature data related to the above-mentioned pathology in the premenopausal period
