Resume

This study was conducted to identify and assess borderline neurological and psycho-emotional changes occurring in precancerous uterine diseases (endometrial hyperplasia and intraepithelial neoplasia of the cervix - CIN) in women, analyze the features of their course, as well as implement medical and psychological diagnostics aimed at effective treatment, and create an opportunity to establish measures aimed at treating and preventing the possibility of cancer progression through a medical and psychological approach. The article uses examination methods that thoroughly analyze the psychoneurological aspects of the disease, including tests used to identify the mental state of patients, and the timely, early detection of psychopathological changes in precancerous uterine conditions contributes to improving the effectiveness of a differentiated approach to treatment depending on the clinical course of the disease, the characteristics of the patient's condition, preventing severe psychopathological complications, assessing the degree of disease progression at different stages, developing systematized treatment and diagnostic measures, specialized medical and psychological services, individualized psychocorrectional and psychotherapeutic methods, which are of great practical and scientific importance for primary health care and inpatient facilities.
