Resume
Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is one of the main causes of reproductive failure, and the use of modern instrumental methods plays a crucial role in its early risk prediction. One of these methods is Doppler analysis, which allows assessment of uteroplacental and fetoplacental blood circulation. This article analyzes the main Doppler indices in predicting the risk of RPL. In particular, changes in the uterine artery resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI), the presence or absence of diastolic flow, as well as overall alterations in uteroplacental circulation were evaluated. Disturbances in these parameters may lead to reduced placental perfusion, increased fetal susceptibility to hypoxia, and consequently, a higher risk of pregnancy loss. According to the study results, early assessment of the main Doppler parameters makes it possible to identify women at risk, develop targeted preventive measures, and ensure dynamic monitoring. Therefore, Doppler analysis is considered an effective and reliable method for predicting the risk of RPL.
Keywords: recurrent pregnancy loss, Doppler, resistance index, pulsatility index, uteroplacental circulation.
