Resume

This study was conducted in the context of upper motor neuron damage dedicated to developing an individual approach and innovative method of botulinum therapy in advanced hand spasticity and evaluating its effectiveness. In the study, an individual approach was formed based on clinical assessment, muscle identification and dosing algorithms in ultrasound examination. The obtained results confirmed the high efficiency and safety of individualized botulinum therapy. It was noted that this approach is important in reducing muscle tone, improving the amplitude of active movement and improving the quality of life of patients.
